Shipping & Delivery
Free nationwide delivery in the contiguous United States(unless otherwise noted). All clocks are shipped within 1-3 working days, unless noted otherwise on individual product pages. Manufacturer delays may extend lead times in rare cases.After receiving your order, we will send you an order acknowledgment and approximate shipping date. We will also let you know if an item is backordered. Unquoted delivery/installation costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed accordingly.

Important information regarding your order
Merchandise should be fully inspected upon receipt for evidence of damage or shortage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage or shortage is evident, please be sure to note this on the delivery receipt. If external appearance has not indicated damage, but damage is discovered upon unpacking please take the following steps:
1. Concealed damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Contact us immediately.
2. Save all packing materials.
3. Immediately call the carrier to inform them and request immediate inspection. Failure to do so will significantly increase the chances of the claim being denied.
4. Confirm you conversations with the carrier in writing.

Returns & Replacements

All our items are 100% guaranteed. If an item is damaged out of the box, call or email us for a replacement which we will ship at no cost to you. Damage to a floor/grandfather clock should be noted on the delivery bill of lading. In the case of hidden damage, please call 1-888-258-3436 or email sales@mrclock.com immediately and we will arrange repair or replacement. All return and refund requests must be made within 30 days. Returns will not be accepted without an RA# (Return Authorization). Call us at 1-888-258-3436 or email us at sales@mrclock.com to obtain your RA#. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Many of our products are offered with free shipping, these outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. All returns must be insured and freight charges must be prepaid. We will not accept any C.O.D. shipments. A restocking charge will apply to returns. All returns must be in "as new" condition, in the original box with all original packaging materials and paperwork (i.e. instructions, warranty papers, etc.) to be eligible for a refund. Please place clock box inside a shipping carton. The clock box is NOT a shipping carton for returns. All grandfather clocks and other items shipped by truck (common carrier) are non-returnable except for those noted with shipping damage. All returns will be inspected prior to issuing a credit.

If you wish to cancel or change your order we will happily try to change or cancel your order provided the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you wish to cancel has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item according to the terms of our return policy.
