Please note: Your check or money order must clear before your order is processed. Orders placed with a cashiers check will be placed immediately.

Can I Use A Purchase Order?

Purchase Orders and Net Terms -

We accept purchase orders from government organizations and publicly funded organizations immediately. Corporate and non-profit agencies can use purchase orders after we conduct a credit review. Please include a shipping address, billing address and all relevant costs - product price and shipping and handling/taxes (if applicable). Purchase orders must be received in the form of fax or post.

Purchase order terms and conditions:

• Minimum purchase order amount is $100.
• Payment terms are Net 30.
• No international purchase orders.

Order Confirmation

After you complete your order, we will send you an [Order Confirmation] email to the email address you entered during checkout. This email will contain your order number and serve as your receipt, please do not delete it. Please review the order and make sure all of the information is correct. If you notice any errors please let us know so that we can quickly fix your order.

If you do not receive an [Order Confirmation] email from us within one day after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can send a new confirmation to you.

Cancel An Order

If you need to cancel an order or change order information such as changing the shipping address, please call us at (888) 258-3436. In most cases we cannot cancel an order once it has shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid having to return the order. Fireproof furniture may be canceled within 24 hours of order date.

Sales Tax Policy

Internet orders are not subject to sales tax unless that company has a physical presence within the state you are ordering from, therefore, we do not charge sales tax except in the state of Florida (6%).
