- How Will My Order Be Shipped?

When we ship your order we do so with time, safety and dependability in mind. We have special relationships with premiere shipping companies and have done so to make sure your order arrives as soon as possible with no damage.
Once your order ships we will notify you via email. Your email will include a tracking number for your shipment. Please use this number to track your order online or on the telephone with the shipping company. Please contact us if their are irregularities with the progress of your shipment.
We employ four methods of shipping:
1. Small Parcel
2. Truck Freight/Back of Truck
3. Truck Freight/Threshold
4. White Glove Platinum Service.1. Small Parcel
Smaller items will be shipped through UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or USPS. Your items should be delivered within 1-5 business days after they are shipped and have left the warehouse. Individual shipping times are outlined on each product page.If you will not be home to accept delivery and sign for your package we recommend that you leave a note on your door telling the delivery driver that "No Signature Is Required" including your name and tracking number.
2. Truck Freight/Back of Truck
Heavier items that are unable to ship with the carriers outlined in the small parcel section will ship via common carrier. In this case you will be responsible for moving the item from the back of the delivery truck to wherever you would like it placed. The common carrier used for this type of delivery will call to schedule a delivery appointment (typically a 2-4 hour window during normal business hours).
Merchandise should be fully inspected upon receipt for evidence of damage or shortage before signing the delivery receipt. If your package has any suspected damage, print "PRODUCT DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt. If external appearance has not indicated damage, but damage is discovered upon unpacking:- Concealed damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Contact us immediately
- Save all packing materials.
- Immediately call the carrier to inform them and request immediate inspection. Failure to do so will significantly increase the chances of the claim being denied.
- Confirm you conversations with the carrier in writing.
3. Truck Freight/Threshold
This shipping method is identical to Truck Freight/Back of Truck except that with this method the freight company will deliver your package to your front door or loading dock. This does not include inside delivery or setup.4. White Glove Platinum, In-Home Delivery
White Glove delivery includes a two man delivery team to move your package to the room of your choice. This includes up to two flights of stairs (4-15 steps = 1 flight). Additional flights of stairs may be added for an additional cost, please contact us for a price quote. After the package is in the room of your choice the delivery team will unpackage your item and provide light setup. The freight company will then remove and dispose of all of the packaging.
The freigt company providing White Glove delivery will call you to schedule a delivery appointment (a 2-4 hour window, M-F). Saturday deliveries are sometimes possible at an additional fee.

- When Will It Arrive?

All of our products have an estimated Processing Time, Shipping Time and Expected Delivery Date.
Processing Time:This is the estimated time it takes for an item to be prepared for shipment from the warehouse. We ship from many warehouses throughout the world to provide you with the widest selection of quality products. Each of these warehouses has its own processing time - anywhere from 24 hours to 20 business days. In order to give you the best understanding as to when your order will ship we provide the estimated shipping time on each of our product pages "Estimated Shipping Time ___". This lets you know exactly how long an order will take to ship.
Shipping Time: This is the estimated time it will take to ship a particular product from the warehouse. This time varies per product and is displayed on each product page.
Delivery Time: This is the estimated time it will take to receive your order. This time varies per product and is displayed on each product page.
Small Parcel shipments usually arrive between 1 and 6 business days after your order is shipped from the warehouse. Expedited shipping including 3 day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air (if available) will still depend upon your order's processing time - the time it takes the item to leave the warehouse. Please note that your order may not be received as soon as you may expect if your order has an extended processing time.You should remember that the estimated Lead Time still applies before the item ships out. Make sure to check the item's Processing/Shipping Time before you order with expedited shipping and be sure to call us if you have any questions about such shipments.
Truck Freight shipments usually are delivered between 2 and 10 business days after your order ships. Residential deliveries will be contacted for a delivery appointment when your order arrives at the distribution center. No appointment will be made for commercial deliveries. Contact us if you need to make one.
White Glove shipments are usually delivered between 5 and 20 business days after your order ships. You will be contacted for a delivery appointment when your order arrives at the distribution center.
- Free Shipping Policy

Unlike other online stores almost all of our items offer free shipping. In the rare occasion that we charge shipping, all of our shipping costs will be know to you up front. We don't believe in the "bait and switch" tactics employed by many of our competitors and you will never be surprised by additional charges, shipping or otherwise.We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see is the price you pay. Beware of companies who mask their shipping charges and policies. Shipping large/heavy items can become expensive. Make sure you know what your shipping costs will be and what type of delivery to expect when shopping around.
